This case arises out of a claim plaintiff-appellee made to his insurance company (defendant-appellant) for damages to appellees property. Appellant moved for summary judgment which was granted. Appellee moved the court to reconsider its ruling. Upon reconsideration, the court reversed the summary judgment and certified the matter for interlocutory appeal to this Court. We reverse.
